The rain did not dampen the turn out for the Spaghetti Plate Fundraiser with raffles and a silent auction for Kevin Nash. The fundraiser was a huge success with over 200 folks coming out to show their support.

The fundraiser was held at the White Lake Fire Department on Saturday, March 14th, to help Nash with medical expenses. Tammy Blackmon, Nash’s sister, said, “This event is for Kevin, we give him all the credit. He is doing so much better now.”

Nash was in attendance and surrounded by loving friends and family. Nash said, “It is really amazing how this community comes together to help people. The White Lake Fire Department was nice enough to let us have this fundraiser here. The community really supports people in need. The way they have helped Cody Clark, Kyle Cashwell and me, it’s really amazing.”

Nash has come a long way, from a wheel chair, to a walker, and now he is walking with a cane. His journey to recovery has been a long one, but with friends and family by his side he is all smiles.
