first event started today, Saturday, March 14th, at 8:00am. The mission of Jay Raynor, and the association is, “Working to promote a positive and encouraging athletic environment for the youth of Bladen County using soccer.

The Indoor Academy games are played at Elizabethtown Middle School. Game times are 8:15am – 8:50am for U8 boys and girls, 9:00am – 9:50am for U10/U12 girls and U10 boys, 10:00am – 11:00am U12/U14 boys, followed by High School boys and girls 11:30am – 1:00pm.

Walk-up Registrations are still welcome! New players are welcome to come play next Saturday, March 21st. All Bladen area students, ages 6–13 years-old, are eligible to complete an application for the Indoor Soccer Academy. Players are be grouped in divisions according to Age, Size, and Ability Level. Teams will be assigned their own coach by the BCSA.

The association is still asking for sponsors. Some of their sponsors include, McDuffie Pest Control, Cape Fear BBQ and Chicken, Nissan of Clinton, RV Video Training, and Tatum Realty and Property Management.
