The Kiwanis of Elizabethtown was pleased to recognize two 60-year members at their meeting, January 16th at San Jose in Elizabethtown. Each of these members have received a plaque from the club recognizing their years of service along with recognition letters and pins from Kiwanis International.

Mr. Billy (William) Hair joined Kiwanis in September of 1957. He is a former educator and administrator in the Bladen County Schools. Mr. Hair is a great historian of the club events and reliably attends every meeting. His support of Kiwanis over the years has allowed this club to prosper and continue to serve the children of Bladen County. The Kiwanis was thrilled to have several of Mr. Hair’s family join us for this meeting.
