JACKSONVILLE, FL – Derrick Henry rushed for 215 yards and 2 touchdowns to lead the Tennessee Titans to a 31-10 National Football League victory Sunday over Jacksonville.
Former East Bladen star Larrell Murchison played in his ninth game of the season for the Titans and teamed with David Long to tackle the Jaguars Devine Ozigbo for a 2-yard loss in the 4th quarter after Ozigbo caught a pass from Gardner Minshew. It was Murchison’s 4th tackle of the season.
Henry rushed 26 times and scored on runs of 36 and 1 yards. Titan quarterback Ryan Tannehill completed 19 of 24 passes for 212 yards and 2 touchdowns. A. J. Brown snagged a 37-yard TD pass for the 1st Titan touchdown and finished with 7 catches for 112 yards. Teammate Geoff Swaim caught a 5-yard touchdown pass from Tannehill.
The Titans sit atop the AFC South with a 9-4 record and will host Detroit Sunday at 1 p.m.
