ELIZABETHTOWN – Elizabethtown native Larrell Murchison hosted his 4th annual Community Fun Day and Football Camp Saturday and a large crowd showed up despite the blistering hot weather to work out and just have fun with their hometown star who has used this event as a way to share with his hometown.
Murchison, a star defensive lineman at East Bladen and then at North Carolina State, just completed his 2nd season with the Los Angeles Rams. He started his pro football career with the Tennessee Titans but was claimed off waivers during the 2022 season by the Rams.
Larrell and his helpers ran drills and helped with coaching tips for a large number of youngsters that participated in football drills. He also worked the crowd, posing for innumerable pictures and signing autographs.
