Elizabethtown – “Building Men for Christ”, the Laymen League of Baldwin Branch Missionary Baptist Church’s 4-day 2015 Men’s Conference, will be held September 16, 17, 19 and 20; each weekday beginning at 7:00 p.m. Sunday School on September 20 at 9:00 a.m. with morning worship services at 10:00 a.m.
Men, male youths and teens of the community and surrounding areas have a cordial invitation. Baldwin Branch is located at 4047 NC 242 Highway South; Elizabethtown NC.
Rev. Dr. Otis McMillian of Fayetteville NC is the guest clergyman September 16; musical ministry by Mt. Olive AME Zion Male Chorus of Elizabethtown. Rev. Dr. Thurman Everett, pastor of Bryant Swamp Missionary Baptist Church, Bladenboro NC, is the guest clergyman September 17.
The Baldwin Branch Male Chorus will “kick-off” the conference each week day.
A health fair with breakfast is scheduled for that Saturday at 9:00 a.m. The health fair features Dr. Melvin C. Gerald of Whiteville NC, Dr. Stephen B. Bridgers of Clarkton NC and Cape Fear Valley Bladen Health Care, Elizabethtown NC.; Rev. Dr. Louie Boykin, pastor, will present the message on Sunday morning, September 20, with the musical ministry by the Baldwin Branch men.
