The Legacy Motown Revue drew a large crowd to the Cape Fear Farmers Market on Thursday evening. The free concert is sponsored by the Elizabethtown-White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and Cape Fear Valley-Bladen Healthcare.

The band from Kernersville kept the crowd entertained with such hits as “Carolina Girls,” “ABC,” and “Signed, Sealed, Delivered I’m Yours.” Members of the band joined members of the audience for a sing-a-long and dancing.

In addition to enjoying the soulful sounds of the band, the crowd engaged in line dancing and shagging to the beat of the music.

The next Summer Sounds Concert will feature an encore performance by the North Tower Band on Thursday, August 23, at 6 pm at the Cape Fear Farmers Market.
