Health Grades Ah, February, a great month to go out to eat, several times. We have Groundhog’s Day, Chinese New Year, Mardi Gras, Ash Wednesday, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, and Black History Month. You can probably find a reason to eat out in that list. But, where will you go? BladenOnline is proud to bring you the Sanitation Health grades for the Bladen County eating establishments that were inspected in January.

As you may know, restaurants that are open to the public are not the only kitchens that are inspected. Our public health departments work hard to ensure the quality of our food supply, in restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and day care centers. Some establishments receive a letter grade and a numerical percentage, and some are simply approved or disapproved.

Take a look at the graph below to view the scores and plan your next meal out.

**FYI** Some establishments are given letter grades and some are on a demerit system.
