January has started off so chilly, it makes me crave a good bowl of chili. It might be a good time to organize a chili cook-off for the cold winter months. By now, everyone is probably back to work after a nice holiday vacation, and getting back into the old routine. Does your routine include eating out somewhere? Mine does.
