Ahhh, summer. I love it! When the temperatures rise folks head outdoors. What else could you need than lots of sun, sand and surf? Oh yeah, food. We all eat out more in the warmer months so it’s important to know whats available, and how it is maintained. I always look for the sanitation certificate on the wall when I eat out, don’t you? I see Galigo’s Family Restaurant is holding on to the 100% score they earned months ago.
The fine folks over at the Bladen County Health Department visit many restaurants, kitchens, and eateries every month to inspect for sanitation and health code violations and they report their findings to the public. BladenOnline.com publishes that report each month as a community service for you because you should feel confident about the safety of the food you eat.
