Is there a age of accountability or cut off point for acts committed as a child like the one Judge Kavanaugh is accused of? I understand he would have been 17 at the time the act was said to have been committed. How about middle school age? How about primary school? If a little boy pulls a girl’s pigtails or pinches her on the butt in kindergarten or 1st grade, is it going to come back to haunt him in his later years?
