More rivers expected to reach Major Flood

Highlights:

• Six rivers forecast to reach MAJOR flood:
– Northeast Cape Fear River near Burgaw
– Lumber River at Lumberton
– Waccamaw River at Conway
– Black Creek near Quinby
– Pee Dee River at Pee Dee
– Little Pee Dee at Galivants Ferry
• Three rivers forecast to reach MODERATE flood:
– Cape Fear River at William O Huske Lock and Dam
– Lynches River at Effingham
– Pee Dee River at Cheraw
• Four rivers forecast to reach MINOR flood:
– Cape Fear River at Elizabethtown
– Cape Fear River at Lock 1 near Kelly
– Black River at Kingstree
– Santee River near Jamestown
