The North Carolina Highway Patrol recently conducted a promotion ceremony in Raleigh and one local tele-communicator was among those receiving promotions.
Albert Blair Alderman was promoted from Tele-communicator to Tele-communicator Shift Supervisor. Alderman has been employed with the North Carolina Highway Patrol Communications Troop B Elizabethtown since July 17, 2006.
