The United Way of Bladen County Days of Caring will take place Monday, November 2 thur Friday, November 6, 2020, wrapping up on Saturday, November 7th,  with the rescheduled UW St Patrick Day run/walk at Cape Fear Winery. During these days, United Way of Bladen County is partnering with Bladen Baptist Association, Bladen Disaster Relief Team, the Division of Aging to build wheelchair ramps, help with small home repairs, and Public Schools of Bladen County to collect food items to provide weekend meals to students.  This collection of food will help break the 72 hours of hunger on the weekends and provide food during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

“Our success depends on your support by donations and volunteers,” said Barbara Knight, of United Way of Bladen County.

Monetary sponsorships will assist with ramps, project material, and food for backpacks purchase.
