On April 28, residents will be able to drop off their medications. All medications are to be kept in their original containers and will be accepted, including syringes or other sharp items are accepted. The drop-off will begin at 10 a.m. and will last until 2 p.m. Drop-off locations are in New Hanover County, Pender County, Onslow County, Columbus County, Brunswick County and, Duplin County. There will be law enforcement on hand during this event.
