ELIZABETHTOWN – East Bladen blanked East Columbus 5-0 Tuesday night in a Three Rivers Conference men’s soccer game that was stopped by lightning in the second half. The Eagles led 3-0 at halftime. Coach Jay Raynor’s Eagles improved to 3-0 in league play and 7-0-2 overall.

Seniors Ezequiel Arteaga and Greyson Heustess led the Eagle offense firing in one goal and dishing out one assist each.

Seniors Bryan Monroe and Keshaun Davis and junior Jay McGill knocked in one goal each. Senior Pierce Melvin and junior Gabe Barber were credited with one assist each.

Sophmore Jacob Priest posted the shutout in goal for the Eagles. It was Priest’s sixth shutout of the season.

The Eagle jayvees won the preliminary game 9-0.
