ELIZABETHTOWN – Britt Sasser and Zach Sholar combined to pitch a one-hitter Tuesday to lead the Emereau Aviators to a 13-3 middle school baseball victory over Fayetteville Christian at County Park.

Sasser allowed no hits, no earned runs and struck out five to pick up the win. Sholar relieved and gave up only one hit while striking out one.

The Aviator offensive attack was a team effort led by Zach Sholar, Nolan Tatum, Britt Sasser, Coley Sasser, Noah Hall, Aiden Hargrove, Conner Smith, Landon Merritt, Blaine Pope, Isaiah Loftis and Logan McKoy.

Emereau will play Thursday at Wayne Preparatory School at 4 p.m.
