ELIZABETHTOWN – Clarkton School of Discovery defeated Hallsboro 2-0 Tuesday night in Waccamaw Middle School Conference boys soccer action at County Park.
Samaj Dove fired in a first-half goal to put the Blue Devils ahead 1-0 at halftime. Nyquan Richardson scored an insurance goal for Clarkton in the second half.
Lafon Monroe and Matt Kemp combined to record the shutout in goal for the Blue Devils.
The Blue Devils will play Tar Heel Wednesday at 5 p.m. at County Park.
