CLARKTON – Seven different Clarkton School of Discovery players scored 1st half goals as the Blue Devils rolled to a 7-0 Waccamaw Middle School Conference A Division boys’ soccer victory over Tabor City Monday.
Isaac Elkins and Claxton Tatum started the Blue Devil scoring parade with a goal each. Azarion Willis and JaQuan McRae banged in the next 2 Clarkton goals.
Armondo Vicenzio, Aiden Trinidad and Hunter Wood closed out the Blue Devil scoring before halftime. Noah German recorded the shutout in goal for CSD.
Clarkton celebrated 8th grade night and played only underclassmen the entire 2nd half. The Blue Devils improved to 4-3 in the A Division and 4-4 overall. CSD will travel to Williams Township Thursday.
