ELIZABETHTOWN – Williams scored a pair of late goals to snap a 3-3 tie and defeat Clarkton School of Discovery 5-3 Tuesday in Waccamaw Middle School Conference boys soccer action.

Williams grabbed a 1-0 lead in the first minute of play, but four minutes later Lafon Monroe turned an assist from Martin Rojas-Jacinto into the tying goal.

Ten minutes later the Aggies scored a go-ahead goal and took a 2-1 lead. An Aggie handball resulted in a penalty kick that Garrett Dunham blasted into the net to pull the Blue Devils even 2-2 at halftime.

The Aggies retook the lead 3-2 with an early second half goal. Seven minutes later Monroe fired in his second goal of the game to tie the game a final time at 3-3.

Nine minutes later Williams scored the go-head goal then tacked on an insurance goal four minutes later.
