CLARKTON – Williams Township scored a pair of 2nd half goals to edge Clarkton School of Discovery 2-1 Monday in a battle of Waccamaw Middle School Conference unbeatens.
The Aggies took a 2-0 lead, before Dashon Campbell banged in a Clarkton goal with 15 minutes remaining in the game. “Both teams played hard to the final whistle,” said Blue Devil Coach Robert Mazur.
The Blue Devils, now 4-1, will host Tabor City Tuesday at 3:45.
