ELIZABETHTOWN – Williams Township defeated Tar Heel on penalty kicks Wednesday in Waccamaw Middle School Conference boys soccer action at Bladen County Park after the teams finished regulation play tied 1-1.
Gamaliel Silvan scored the Tar Heel goal in regulation play. The Panthers, now 4-2 on the season, will host West Columbus on Thursday at Bladen County Park.
