TAR HEEL –Hallsboro defeated Tar Heel 31-11 Monday in Waccamaw Middle School girls basketball action. Karli Godwin led the Lady Tigers with 14 points, and Harmony Somerville fired in 13 points.

Tiannah Willis threw in a basket in each half to lead the Lady Panthers with 4 points. Teammate Kiera Lewis drained a 3-point shot, and Len’ya Harrell tossed in a basket and a free throw. Trinity Brayboy sank a free throw.
