TAR HEEL – East Columbus remained undefeated in Waccamaw Middle School Conference softball action Wednesday with an 18-1 victory over Tar Heel.
Carrie Jones drew a lead-off walk in the 1st inning and was forced home when a batter was hit by a pitch with the bases-loaded to put the Lady Panthers up 1-0. The Lady Hawks answered with 3 runs in the 2nd inning, 5 more in the 3rd and 10 runs in the 4th inning.
Tar Heel will travel to West Columbus Thursday.
