TAR HEEL – Clarkton School of Discovery won two matches Thursday in Waccamaw Middle School Conference volleyball action.
Williams won the first match of the day 2-0 over host Tar Heel. Williams then battled Clarkton on even terms for two sets, before the Lady Blue Devils pulled out a 2-1 victory by set scores of 25-19, 24-26 and 15-7.
Coach Chris Callihan’s Lady Blue Devils then swept Hallsboro 2-0 in the third match of the night by set scores of 25-16 and 25-10.
