WHITEVILLE – Whiteville Central and Williams Township won two matches each Monday over Tar Heel and West Columbus in Waccamaw Middle School Conference volleyball action.
Central defeated Tar Heel 2-0 in the opening match by set scores of 25-6 and 25-9. Williams won the day’s second match 2-0 over Tar Heel by set scores of 25-11 and 25-18.
Williams defeated West Columbus 2-0 by set scores of 25-15 and 25-20. In the day’s final match, Central posted a 2-0 victory over West Columbus by set scores of 25-6 and 25-15.
Tar Heel will play West Columbus and Williams Township on Thursday at Elizabethtown.
