A minor accident that occurred on Tuesday evening at the intersection of NC 87 and NC 41 near Elizabethtown resulted in only minor damage and no injuries.
According to North Carolina Highway Patrol Trooper K. McVicker Monaliza Moncano Franklin of Elizabethtown inched onto the roadway of NC 41.
Trooper McVicker said Mrs. Felicia Allen Watkins of Maple Hill thought Franklin had pulled onto the roadway and rear ended Franklin’s vehicle.
Trooper McVicker said no citations will be issued in the incident.
