Update: Missing Person, Brandon McDonald, From Clarkton, N.C.

According to friends and family, Brandon McDonald from Clarkton, N.C., was last seen on Thursday, March 25. Bladen County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Monday morning an investigation is underway for Brandon as a missing person.

Brandon is 35 years old, weighs 189 pounds, and is 5’9″ tall. According to reports, Brandon’s phone last pinged in Laurinburg, N.C., but his truck was found wrecked and abandoned in Hope Mills, N.C.

Anyone with information about Brandon’s disappearance is asked to call Matt Hester with the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office at 910-862-6960. Tips may stay anonymous.

This is an ongoing investigation. More information will be published as soon as it becomes available.

Update: The Bladen County Sheriff’s Office announced on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, there is now a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the disappearance of Brandon McDonald.  The family is offering this reward.  McDonald is believed to have been in the Laurinburg and Hope Mills areas prior to his disappearance.
