Nicole and Charlotte wanted to replicate a recipe Nicole’s mom, Patricia Smith, made in the past to help celebrate Easter week.

Microwave Easy Fudge

-1 box confectioners sugar
-1/2 c. cocoa
-1/4 c. milk
-1/2 c. butter
-1 tbsp. vanilla
-1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Microwave sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter on high (full power) for 3 minutes; stir until smooth. Blend in vanilla and nuts. Spread into a buttered 8-inch square pan; cool. Cut into squares.
