Staff Report

In times of crisis, knowing where to turn can make all the difference. Whether you or a loved one are struggling with a mental health emergency, Monarch’s Mobile Crisis Management Services are here to provide immediate, compassionate support in Robeson, Bladen, and Scotland counties—24/7, 365 days a year.

What is Mobile Crisis Management?

Monarch’s Mobile Crisis Services offer integrated crisis response, stabilization interventions, and prevention activities for individuals facing acute mental health challenges. Their team of crisis responders provides on-the-spot evaluations, interventions, and access to critical mental health resources, ensuring that individuals receive the help they need when they need it most.

Who Can Get Help?

These services are free and available to all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—experiencing an immediate crisis. This includes individuals who:
✅ Are facing an acute mental health emergency and lack the necessary resources or skills to cope
✅ Show signs of impaired judgment, impulse control, or cognitive disabilities
✅ Are intoxicated or in withdrawal and need substance use disorder treatment but cannot access services alone

No Insurance? No Problem!

Monarch provides crisis services at no cost, regardless of insurance coverage. While they accept Medicaid, state funding, and commercial insurance, a lack of coverage will never prevent someone from receiving care.

How to Get Help

If you or someone you know is struggling with a mental health or substance use crisis, don’t wait—help is just a phone call away. Call Monarch’s Mobile Crisis Services at 800-568-9689 for immediate support.

You are not alone. Hope and healing start with reaching out.
