The Mother County Genealogical Society (MCGS) will meet Saturday, April 13th, from 12 noon until 2 p.m. in the Bladenboro Historical Society Building, 818 South Main Street, Bladenboro.
All with an interest in genealogy and history are welcome.
Mr. Jerome Tew will present his research on the Revolutionary War Battle of Elizabethtown. Mr. Tew has had a career-long fascination with that battle. He promises to present some information perhaps not found by other researchers. Before retirement, Mr. Tew was Director of the Family History Room in Goldsboro, NC.
