The Mother County Genealogical Society (MCGS) meeting is Saturday, February 11th, from noon to 2 p.m. The meeting will be downstairs in the Bladenboro Historical Society Building, 818 South Main Street, Bladenboro, NC.
Since 2017 is the 100 year anniversary of the building of the Bladen Historical Society Building, Henry Singletary will speak about the its history and importance as part of the Bladenboro School. There will be time for some genealogy talk and the Museum upstairs will be open from 2 to 4 p.m.
