May 22 Pushing Back the Dark will be held Friday, May 22nd at Elizabethtown Middle School Football field beginning at 8 p.m. and continues until 6 a.m. Saturday, May 23.  Ken Freeman will be the speaker and music will be provided by Four Points North and Divine.

May 25 Bladen County Transfer Station will be closed Monday, May 25Normal operations resume on Tuesday, May 26... all other collection centers will be open to serve the public’s trash disposal needs.
