The State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) Technical Assistance Program – provided by the SBTDC in partnership with the NC Rural Center – offers assistance to small businesses in North Carolina facing limited access to capital, guiding them through loan applications, business development, financial management, and strategic planning.
The program is part of a nationwide initiative funded by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and administered in North Carolina by the NC Rural Center on behalf of the N.C. Department of Commerce.
