The N.C. Department of Transportation announced the road closings in Bladen County.
CLOSINGS:
US Highway 701N
Both lanes of the North Bound US Highway 701 over the Cape Fear River is closed. Traffic will be rerouted to the Southbound lanes. The closure has a WIDE LOAD TRAFFIC RESTRICTION.
Elwell Ferry
Elwell Ferry is closed.
LANE CLOSURES:
Lane closures on Cape Fear River Bridge will be January 6, 2021 from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm to perform routine bridge inspection. Expect delays in both North & Southbound lanes.
