Here is a list of road closings in Bladen County from the N.C. Department of Transportation as of Monday, June 14:
CLOSINGS:
SR1743 Kennedy Store Road: Will be closed Tuesday, June 15 at 8 a.m. through Wednesday, June 16 at 5 p.m. for road repairs. There will be no detour.
CLOSED:
SR1133 Bladenboro Airport Road: Closed through Friday, June 18 at 5 p.m. for cross line repair there will be no detour.
US Highway 701N: Both lanes of the North Bound US 701 over the Cape Fear River in Elizabethtown are closed. Traffic will be rerouted to the Southbound lanes. The closure has a WIDE LOAD TRAFFIC RESTRICTION.
Elwell Ferry is closed.
