New Beginnings is an up-and-coming non-profit organization for offenders upon their release that will offer a transitional house for those in need. The organization is hosting a fundraiser in the form of a community mother and son gala on Saturday, May 7, from 6-9 pm.
The formal event will offer heavy hors d’oeuvres and will take place at Southeastern NC Agricultural Event Center in Lumberton. Formal attire will include black, white, gold, and red.
