Congratulations are in order for Tatum Realty and Property Management Services! The owners recently opened an office in downtown Elizabethtown. The husband and wife team of Joe and Ginger Tatum started their real estate business shortly after being married in 1993. Their roots are here, as Ginger grew up in the area and met Joe in high school at Clarkton High School. With now 20+ years of experience, they continue to thrive in their FL location while now also focusing on southeastern North Carolina.
Joe is especially proud of his real estate heritage, as he is a third generation real estate broker, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, mother and uncle. “Real estate is in our blood,” Joe states. “At a young age, I began learning the value of real estate and investments from my grandfather. He took me with him to business appointments, to cruise timber, and took the time to share his knowledge.”
Tatum Realty is a full service real estate company covering every aspect of real estate including residential, commercial, property management, timberland, vineyards, farmland, foreclosures and short sales, as well as consulting. Joe also actively purchases large tracts of farmland, foreclosures, etc. for their private equity group.
Tatum Estate Sales and Liquidation Services is a sister company, complementing Tatum Realty by offering estate liquidation with the purchase of entire estates including personal and/or real property, and tagged estate sale services.
