The Town of Elizabethtown Town Council will be meeting in a Joint Session with the Bladen County Board of Commissioners on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Bladen County Courthouse, Lower Level Assembly Room, 106 East Broad Street, Elizabethtown, N.C. The purpose of the meeting will be for Closed Session in accordance with NCGS 143-318.11(a)(4) – Economic Development.
