The Jeff Singletary mentioned in a Columbus County case is not the same Jeff Singletary who serves as Captain Jeff Singletary for the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office. Captain Jeff Singletary from Bladen County has been confused with the Jeff Singletary in Columbus County caught in the middle of a court case.
According to officals the two Singletary men are not even any relation to each other.
There is a trial taking place in Columbus County. Local television stations have been reporting about two Whiteville Police Officers who currently are facing a federal complaint filed against them. Captain Jeff Singletary in Bladen County has no part in the reported complaint.
