One Elizabethtown business owner was arrested on Monday following the execution of a search warrant.
On Monday, October 9, 2017, the Elizabethtown Police Department along with the assistance of the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office and Agents from the NC ALE executed a search warrant at Happy Vapors and Tobacco, located at 1107-C West Broad Street, Elizabethtown.
The owner of the business, Ali-Ahmod Muslih Algozy, was arrested and charged with possessing and selling adulterants for the purpose of defrauding a drug screening test and a drug paraphernalia offense.
