Supporters of President Trump are pleased with his State of the Union address last night, and those who have little respect for him still have little respect, according to overnight polls.

He has had numerous successes, but sometime tends to overstate accomplishments, thus the huge divide.  If you loved him before, you no doubt thought it was great.  If you had little respect for him prior to, polls indicate not much to change your thought process.

Hopefully, the next year will be good for the USA, that is what’s important.

How about the weather over the past couple of days?  Just great and today should be more of the same.  Sunny skies, temps in the low 70s and a light east wind with gust up to 18 mph, becoming south later in the day.  Same type weather on Thursday and Friday.  Big change on Saturday with highs near 50.  Enjoy…

Our hot season (Bladen County) lasts for about 3.7 months, from May 27 to September 16, with an average daily high temp above 84 degrees.  The hottest day of the year (average) is July 19 with an average high of 91 degrees and low of 72 F.

Our cool season, according the National Weather Service, is from December 1 to February 28, with an average daily high temperature below 62 degrees.  The coldest day of the year (average) is January 29, low of 36 degrees and high of 55.
