Keep an eye on the weather today…the forecast is for showers and thundershowers.  Some storms could be severe, with hail and damaging winds.  Cloudy, with a high near 79.  Southwest wind 7 to 10 mph, with gust as high as 15 mph.  Chance of precipitation is 40%.  New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.  Later this evening, showers and thunderstorms before 10 pm, 60% chance of precipitation and some storms that could be severe, with hail and damaging winds.

Could be a ‘not so good day’ for outdoor activities.

Forecast for Wednesday, is very good.  Partly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 74 and northeast wind 7 to 9 mph.

Response to Bladen We Care fundraising efforts…very positive.  THANKS….The fundraisers will be over in a few days, but the need for assistance is year round.

And, there are other activities supporting other organizations that provide assistance for many, all need support, all do good work.

COOL MESSAGE BY A WIFE: Dear Mother-in-law.  Don’t teach me how to handle my children.  I am living with one of yours and he needs a lot of improvement.

When a married man says, I WILL THINK ABOUT IT – what he really means is that he doesn’t know his wife’s opinion yet.

A lady says to her doctor: “My husband has a habit of talking in sleep!  What should I give him to cure it?”  The doctor replies: “Give him an opportunity to speak when he’s awake!”
