On Sunday, May 26 a blue, female, pit bull dog was stolen from the area of Chicken Foot Road and Calvin Tyson Road in St. Pauls near Tar Heel, according to the owner. Investigator Greg Bullard with the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance.

There have been two persons of interest identified in the investigation. Now Investigator Bullard is asking for the public to help locate two individuals. Adam Kersey and Patricia Marie Mullins, former resident of 6262 Hackberry Drive Apartment 26 B in Hope Mills. Both Kersey and Mullins are wanted for questioning in the dog theft case reported last week.

The two were seen driving a blue, older model, Chevrolet Blazer and are thought to be homeless.
