A company in Alabama is recalling 11,664 pounds of poultry and sausage products due to the possibility the products could be contaminated with metal. The company, R. L. Zeiglar Co., Inc., issued the recall for products that were produced on November 29, 2018, according to the USDA.
The products include:
*24 oz. packages containing 9 links of “Zeiglar A Tradition of Great Taste Red Hots” with a use by date of January 24, 2019.
*24 oz. packages containing 9 links of “Extra Hot Zeiglar a Tradition of Great Taste Red Hots” with a use by date of January 24, 2019.
The items were shipped to retail stores nationwide. They have an establishment number of “EST. P-9156S inside the USDA inspection mark, according to the USDA.
