Harrison Freeman, one of the top long snappers in the country, has Bladen County roots and has been selected to the Carolinagridiron.com 2015 Preseason All-Gridiron Team.
Freeman, a senior at Raleigh’s Leesville Road High, is the son of Tony and Anne Marie Freeman. Tony Freeman played football and baseball at Bladenboro High School and graduated in 1980. Harrison’s grandfather is Grady Freeman of Bladenboro.
Harrison Freeman has been ranked as high as fourth in the country, but is currently No. 15 in the Rubio Long Snapper Ratings with a 4.5 Star rating. He is the No. 2 Long Snapper in North Carolina.
The top three prospects in the Rubio ratings have already committed to Notre Dame, UCLA and Wisconsin.
Harrison is undecided on a college choice, but has already visited North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida State, Boston College and Yale.
