Preliminary competitions have wrapped up for Miss North Carolina, Miss NC Outstanding Teen

MNCOTMiss Bladenboro Haven Cashwell and Miss Bladenboro Princess Anna Grace Allen have had a busy week in Raleigh as they competed for the titles of Miss NC and Miss North Carolina Outstanding Teen respectively.

The preliminary results following Thursday’s competition for Miss North Carolina are as follows:

*The Smithfield Agriculture Scholarship winner was Miss Spivey’s Corner Jocelyn Naylor;

*The Ward Black Law World Changers Scholarship went to Miss Central Carolina Kali Whitaker;

*Miss Lifestyle and Fitness award was a tie between Miss Stanly County Jenna Huff and Miss Spivey’s Corner Jocelyn Naylor;

*Miss Talent winner was Miss Belmont Deandra Easter.

In the Miss North Carolina Outstanding Teen competition, preliminary awards were also announced following Thursday’s competition.

*Teen Evening Wear went to Miss Johnston County Outstanding Teen Leah April;

*Teen Talent went to Miss Clayton Outstanding Teen Catherine White.

The preliminary competition began on Wednesday with winners being announced on Saturday, June 25. The winner of Miss North Carolina Outstanding Teen will be announced at 2 p.m. and the winner of the Miss North Carolina pageant will be announced at 7 p.m.

The competition takes place at the Raleigh Memorial Auditorium.
