The weather is holding out at White Lake for the community to help raise funds for the future home of White Lake Christian Camp, Retreat Center and Lake Church. Lasley’s Motel, a staple of White Lake has been sold and under new ownership.
A new vision for one of the tourists’ favorite spots at the local lake has started to take shape. A Community Yard Sale started Friday, September 1st at 8 ‘o clock in the morning. The sale will continue Saturday morning at 8 ‘o clock. All proceeds will to Lake Church White Lake Christian Camp & Retreat.
Various items from historic Lasley’s motel & cottages, household goods, appliances, furniture and more are all for sale to help with the goal of bettering of the community and beyond. The sale is located at Lasley’s Motel at 1930 White Lake Drive, White Lake, NC.
