Rep. Brenden Jones
Raleigh, NC – Representative Brenden Jones (R-Columbus, Robeson, Bladen) is pleased to announce that he has been appointed by the Speaker of the NC House of Representatives, Tim Moore, to serve as an Advisory Member on the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on the North Carolina State Lottery.
This and other committees will meet during the interim when the General Assembly is not in session, with the goal of providing oversight into various area of state government. The committee will hear presentations from various experts on topics relevant to the focus of that committee. At the conclusion of each committee’s work, a report will be made to the General Assembly detailing findings and recommendations on how to improve our state government.
“I am looking forward to serving, and will work diligently on behalf of my constituents and citizens of North Carolina to make state government work better for everyone,” said Representative Brenden Jones.
