Hello again, Bladen County. February has passed but it’s worth a quick look back to check the sanitation grades that were earned by our local restaurants, cafeterias, grills, fast-foods, meat markets and nutrition sites during the month.
Our friends at the Bladen County Health Department work hard on their monthly inspections of our favorite eateries to ensure the safety of the local food supply. The sanitation grades they assign after inspections are the best way to inform the public how well our local shops obey the rules and standards that prevent the spread of food bourn illnesses. When it comes to staying safe, we all want to be well informed. Be sure to check the grades which are posted at your favorite eatery the next time you go.
